Precast Box Girder Wet Joints: For the Φ32mm transverse connecting rebars, CHEERON headed bar were used instead of traditional hooks to resolve rebar collision issues in the cast-in-place sections. In response to the high salt spray environment of Shacheng Bay, CHEERON couplers combined with epoxy resin anti-corrosion technology reduced the corrosion rate by 60%.
CHEERON rebar anchor plates replace traditional hook anchoring, reducing interference in dense rebar areas.
CHEERON rebar anchor plates are particularly effective for end anchoring of large-diameter (Φ32mm to Φ50mm) HRB500 and TMT-grade high-strength rebars, outperforming welded anchoring.
