A go/no-go ring gauge is a combined set of go gauge and no-go gauge for inspecting external threads. It is a widely used measuring tool in the construction industry, which quickly checks whether the thread dimensions of rebars fall within the tolerance zone. The internal threads and inner diameters of Cheeron ring gauges can be customized to limit dimensions with high precision.

Go/no-go ring gauges are mainly used to inspect the diameters of external threads on rebars.
One set of Cheeron go/no-go ring gauges contains two rings: the go ring is longer, while the no-go ring is shorter.
Featuring simple operation and high efficiency, the gauges are suitable for mass inspection on production lines and can rapidly identify qualified or unqualified workpieces.

1. The go ring passes smoothly and the no-go ring stops → The thread is qualified.
2. The go ring passes smoothly but the no-go ring cannot stop the thread → The thread pitch diameter is below the lower limit; the pitch diameter needs to be increased.
3. The go ring fails to pass while the no-go ring stops the thread → The thread pitch diameter exceeds the upper limit; the pitch diameter needs to be reduced.

Weldable threaded rebar couplers are adopted in steel structures to connect steel beams, steel columns and reinforcing bars.
Threaded fastening connections are widely applied in concrete anchorage, such as headed reinforcement anchors.
Verify whether the machined external threads of rebars for threaded mechanical splicing comply with relevant standards.
