Cheeron galvanized rebar couplers are factory hot-dip galvanized with precision-machined threads for field mechanical splicing, featuring high joint qualification rate and intact anti-corrosion coating. The coupler effectively isolates steel substrate from corrosive substances to slow down corrosion and extend service life. It is widely used in bridges, tunnels, high-rise buildings, underground works and industrial plants

The coupler surface is treated via hot-dip galvanization to form a compact zinc coating that blocks air, moisture and corrosive agents, greatly improving corrosion resistance.
Fabricated from premium carbon steel, its threads are precisely processed prior to galvanizing. The joint strength meets or exceeds that of the base rebar to guarantee structural stability and safety.
Suitable for rebars ranging from 12 mm to 50 mm (#4 to #14), compatible with ASTM, TMT, HRB grade reinforcing steel.
The galvanized finish delivers silvery-white luster; customizable coating gloss improves the product’s aesthetic quality.
