Simple connection: The threaded-type sonic logging pipe does not require on-site welding. Sonic pipe in pile adopts a spiral connection. The spiral drives the double buckle, locking the sealing rubber ring tightly. The axial end is sealed, effectively preventing loosening and leakage.Sonic tube is convenient, fast, safe and reliable, and reduces costs.

High-quality Q235B steel pipes are adopted and connected with spiral fittings. After connection, the strength at the connection point is relatively high and the tensile resistance is good, ensuring that the acoustic detection pipe will not bend or come apart due to force.
The sealing rubber ring at the connection of the sound detection pipe has sufficient water tightness to ensure no leakage under the water pressure during the drilling.
Sonic tube does not require electricity, is easy to operate and has low construction costs. There are external threaded connection parts and internal threaded connection parts at both ends of the sound detection tube. Sonic pipe can be tightened with a pipe wrench.
Threaded-type sonic logging pipe are generally of relatively thick wall thickness. For instance, in the construction of pile foundations in rock strata, thick-walled steel pipes that are more wear-resistant are usually required. For deep (large) pile foundations, sonic pipe in pile is also recommended to use spiral sound detection pipes.
The thread contains a sealing gasket with strong sealing performance, preventing leakage and deformation, ensuring the effective transmission of acoustic signals.
Sonic pipe can be tightened with a pipe wrench, without the need for electricity, which improves construction efficiency and is suitable for the pouring of elevated Bridges.
The threaded connection has strong tensile strength, torque resistance and vibration resistance, and is used for grouting in high-rise buildings.
