A weldable rebar coupler is an internal thread sleeve with one end cylindrical and the other end conical. In the connection construction, first weld one end of the conical shape to the connection part, and then screw in the other end of the straight thread reinforcing bar to complete the connection of the reinforcing bar.

The realization of the mixed connection of rebar with threaded end and steel structures has expanded the application scope.
The welded end provides additional connection strength.
The connector is made of S45C / 40Cr Steel, ensuring the strength of the welded part and the reliability of the threaded connection.
Application
Welded threaded coupler are used for mechanical connection methods between reinforcing bars and steel structures, such as steel beams or steel columns. One end of this connector is threaded, and the other end is designed to be weldable to steel plates or other steel structures. For example: The piers of a bridge are connected to the steel beams.

Notes
The welding process must comply with standards to avoid welding defects affecting the connection strength.
It is necessary to ensure the matching between the threaded end and the reinforcing bar.
