Founded as Shanghai Ailong Construction Equipment Components Co., Ltd., CHEERON laid the foundation for its growth in the construction machinery industry.

Ventured into the rebar coupler sector, introducing cold extrusion couplers, upset couplers, and tapered thread couplers to meet diverse market needs. Contributed to the Qinshan Power Station project, solidifying our industry standing.

Achieved large-scale production of rib-peeling straight thread couplers, significantly broadening our product range.

Participated in the Hangzhou Bay Bridge project, applying epoxy resin anti-corrosion coupler technology, demonstrating our technical expertise in major infrastructure projects.

Amid China’s infrastructure boom and a supply-constrained steel pipe market, we launched our seamless steel pipe business under the Changzhou CHEERON brand to ensure a stable supply chain.

Commissioned our first seamless steel pipe production line, initiating full-scale operations.

Received product certification from the China Academy of Building Research. Factory output exceeded 10 million RMB, achieving full self-sufficiency in the seamless steel pipe supply chain.

Passed type inspection by the National Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, with products fully complying with the JGJ107-2013 standard for rebar mechanical connections. Expanded seamless steel pipe applications into non-traditional sectors like automotive, aerospace, and defense. Became a supplier of coupler materials for the Shanghai Disneyland project.

Factory output surpassed 50 million RMB. Introduced advanced equipment for seamless steel pipe production, enabling the manufacture of pipes with outer diameters from 15mm to 100mm and wall thicknesses from 2mm to 18mm. Contributed to projects like the Wuxi Taihu Tunnel, further enhancing brand recognition.

Achieved ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 certifications for quality, environmental, and safety management systems. CHEERON expanded into international markets, establishing partnerships with clients in Iran, Qatar, Indonesia, and beyond. Participated in the Dubai Airport project, marking a step toward globalization.

Published the enterprise standard for "Rib-Peeling Rolled Straight Thread Rebar Joints." Introduced deep processing services for seamless steel pipes to address client transportation challenges. Contributed to the Sanwan Nuclear Power Station project, showcasing our capability in high-standard engineering.

Secured a patent for a rebar tapping machine, significantly boosting coupler production efficiency. Passed hollow anchor rod product testing, launching a dedicated production line to expand our business scope.

Joined the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association’s compilation group for "Rebar Straight Thread Connection Couplers," advancing rebar coupler technology.

Became a member of the China Construction Machinery Association, further strengthening our industry position.

Achieved an output value exceeding 80 million RMB. Passed sonic testing tube product testing, establishing a dedicated production line and opening a new branch factory in Changzhou. Contributed to the Qatar World Cup Stadium project, highlighting our global market competitiveness.
