Precast Threaded Inserts Types

  • Threaded Inserts for Concrete
    Threaded Inserts for Concrete

Made from stainless steel, this coupler ensures corrosion-resistant rebar connections for precast elements. It offers high strength, reduces congestion, and enhances durability. Ideal for harsh environments, it ensures reliable, long-lasting joints in precast construction projects.

  • Lifting Sockets for Precast
    Lifting Sockets for Precast

Designed specifically for lifting precast components. Made of high-quality carbon steel, precision-threaded, and tested far beyond industry standards, it offers unparalleled pull-out resistance and strength. Embedded during casting, it forms a perfect lifting anchor point, preventing surface damage, accelerating installation, and ensuring worker safety during every lifting operation.

  • Earthing Bridge for Concrete
    Earthing Bridge for Concrete

As a dedicated earthing insert, it is made of high-quality stainless steel, featuring a large contact surface and corrosion resistance, ensuring a continuous, low-resistance electrical connection throughout the prefabricated structure (primarily in railways and tunnels).

What is Cheeron Precast Threaded Inserts?

Threaded inserts (also called pre-embedded threaded sleeves) are metal parts with internal threads that are pre-fixed to the template before the precast concrete component is poured. After the concrete hardens, they are firmly embedded inside the component, with the threaded hole exposed, for subsequent connection.

Cheeron Precast threaded inserts—designed for lifting,  anchoring , and earthing installations. Ready to tackle any challenge.

Together with our complete range of rebar coupler types for splicing, they form a comprehensive mechanical connection system for modern precast construction.

What are precast threaded inserts used for in construction?

What are precast threaded inserts used for in construction?

CHEERON threaded inserts are primarily used in precast concrete components.

Precast concrete refers to concrete components that are pre-cast and cured to a certain strength in a factory or specialized prefabrication yard according to design drawings, before being transported to the construction site for hoisting and assembly.

Common precast concrete components include:

  • Precast beams, columns, and slabs (floor slabs, wall panels)

  • Composite slabs and beams

  • Precast stairs

  • Shear walls and frame joints in prefabricated buildings

  • Cement pipe segments

Our Lifting Sockets carry the load, anchoring Threaded Inserts bear the load, and Earthing Bridges absorb the risk—achieving faster installation, clearer connections, and comprehensive electrical safety in a proven product line.

Precast Threaded Inserts FAQs

  • Q Can Threaded inserts be customised?

Certainly. As a factory equipped with advanced machinery and processes, we support customisation. Should you require bespoke solutions, please contact us and we shall assist in delivering your desired product.

  • Q What are the primary materials for Threaded inserts?

Options include carbon steel and stainless steel. For specific compositions, please consult our customer service team.

  • Q How to install threaded inserts?

Threaded inserts are pre-embedded in precast concrete components, with the threaded holes exposed (level with the concrete) to facilitate subsequent connections. Installation requires advance layout design based on connection nodes and load requirements, and the insert position requires high accuracy (generally ±5-10mm).
